Gardenerd believes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.  If you are not 100% satisfied we will gladly refund your money, minus the cost of shipping, within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us at refund@gardenerd.com to request an approval code for the return within 72 hours.  Then ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS.  We will either refund your money or send a replacement product (as requested) upon receipt of the original item.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used, laundered, or soiled. Items broken during shipping will be replaced according to the above policy.
